Terms of Service
Last updated:
This document is a general template for review by your legal counsel. It is not legal advice. FlowPXL may update these policies; the “Last updated” date shows when this page was last revised.
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and FlowPXL for use of RestroFlow and related websites and services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
RestroFlow provides tools for restaurant and café operations (for example POS, kitchen display, billing, inventory, floor plans, and guest ordering). Features vary by plan and configuration.
We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or trial features may be less stable.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service in compliance with applicable law. Organisation accounts must be authorised by the business you represent.
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised access.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans, trials (including marketing references to a Growth trial period), and billing terms are described at signup or in your order. Platform subscription fees are charged per outlet on your chosen plan tier.
Trials may convert to paid plans unless you cancel before the trial ends. We may change pricing with notice as allowed by your agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no illegal activity, infringement of others’ rights, interference with the Service, scraping beyond permitted APIs, or attempting to bypass security.
You are responsible for content and data you input (menus, customer data where applicable) and for obtaining any consents required from your guests and staff.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not submit sensitive categories of data unless the Service is designed and contracted for that purpose.
Intellectual property
FlowPXL and its licensors own the Service, software, and branding. These Terms do not grant you rights in our trademarks or code except limited use to access the Service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or a reasonable minimum if you use a free tier).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account as provided in-product. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service, or legal requirements, with notice where reasonable.
Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, IP, governing law) survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FlowPXL's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
